Stef joined Proterra Group in 2021 and has nearly 15 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping. After four years as a Finance and Human Resources Officer, she recently transitioned to the HR Coordinator role, supporting a team of more than 70 employees.

Currently completing her Diploma in Human Resource Management, Stef is passionate about continuous learning and supporting people in regional communities. Her strong organisational skills and commitment to people are key to supporting Proterra's growing workforce.
