David Bell

David is the Regional Projects Manager at Proterra Group. He has extensive knowledge and background in Road Construction and maintenance, particularly in Road Maintenance, Bitumen / Asphalt surfacing and pavement space. He has an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering and has experience working in all tiers of the industry. Project management, tendering, contract management, estimating, client liaison and business management are some of his skill sets. David’s role is to provide leadership and management to Proterra Group's natural disaster recovery projects and other civil projects across the regional areas. David is active in the roads industry having been on various committees and chairperson positions over the years and is a regular at attending conferences and delivering presentations.
