The challenge was delivering what the client needed with a challenging deadline for the initial Blackspot submissions looming.
Our solution
The solution was to request and receive help from the Proterra Group Engineering team to complete the initial submissions needed in a timely manner with accurate results.
The benefit
The needed submissions were handed to the client on time despite the pressing deadline, showcasing to the client we are efficient and up to the challenge while giving them what they need.
The result
An ongoing engagement by Proterra Group for further Blackspot sites and also involvement in the next round of Blackspot sites (FY25-26) within the Southern Downs Region.
