The client had a tight budget, so Proterra Group was given a modest figure to work with. Despite this, we had to collaborate closely with the Council to navigate their financial constraints, project requirements, and strict time frame.
Our solution
Proterra Group worked closely with Southern Downs Regional Council and negotiated Council's priorities, discussing where to concentrate the design of the Station and budget depending on their individual community needs.

The result
Proterra Group successfully completed the Waste Transfer Station Design for tender within and despite the small budget, giving the community and client what was needed, when it was needed.
