The challenge
The challenge was that the University did not know the accurate condition of the sewer since there was a lack of data on the sewer system which had aged over time.
Our solution
The solution was conducting a CCTV inspection of the sewer system in the areas of concern which would allow Proterra Group to show the client the impact of roots that had been creating blockages and any other problems time had created.
The benefit
The benefit was that UniSQ would be able to move forward with the data provided by Proterra Group to make improvements or take any action needed in the maintenance of the system by having reliable accurate data to identify issues that may be present.
The result
Cleaning was able to be undertaken and repair schedules were compiled for maintenance work in the areas identified as needing attention with the data provided by Proterra Group.
