The challenge
Tobruk Memorial Drive Lookout was an old, decommissioned lookout that needed to be replaced. Toowoomba Regional Council required project management support to deliver the construction phase on time and on budget.
Our solution
Proterra Group was engaged to support the Toowoomba Regional Council team during the construction phase of the project. Proterra undertook the project management, contract administration, and construction supervision.
The benefit
The Toowoomba region now has a compliant, safe lookout where residents and visitors can enjoy stunning views of Tabletop Mountain and Lockyer Valley.
The result
Proterra Group successfully managed the project and completed the new Tobruk Lookout with minimal additional support from Toowoomba Regional Council staff, other than their immediate project team.
