Toowoomba Regional Council was facing the challenge of implementing the next design phase (Concept Design) of the Picnic Point Parklands Upgrades due to limited resources. Council needed assistance managing the project and a design (consultancy) team.

Ashleigh has 9 years of experience working for local government across a range of departments.
Chris has extensive project experience and a Masters in Project Management. This team had the perfect combination of experience and skills to execute this project successfully, within time and with an extremely restricted budget.
