The challenge
The Challenge was the Brewarrina Shire Council was seeking a draft Development Approval (DA) application and Town Planning report for a quarry in the Walgett Shire.
Our solution
The Council engaged Proterra Group to provide an expert, unbiased assessment of the proposed development site, the town planning report and the application form to deliver to them.
The benefit
The town planning report and accompanying application form have given the Council the confidence to proceed with their application for the Development Approval for the new Quarry.
This quarry is a much-needed facility that will assist Council in future road work operations.
The result
The town planning report and development application were completed with one request for information. No future contact was made from Council therefore it is assumed the application was successful and what was needed.
