The challenge
North Burnett Regional Council was looking to fill the short-term Civil Supervisor position whilst actively recruiting for a permanent employee for work within the North Burnett Region.
Our solution
Proterra Group was able to quickly fill the position with a suitable candidate.
Brian was hired by NBRC, he has a strong supervisory background, which paired with his broad range of civil skills made him attractive to the Council.
Throughout this project, he has been managing the Construction and Maintenance crew located at the Monto depot.

The placement of Brian in this role has allowed Council to seamlessly continue delivering work with no hiccups in the Monto area whilst actively recruiting for a permanent employee.
The result
Feedback from Council has been positive with Brian naturally transitioning into this supervisory role with nil disruption to the current crew and ensuring his role was fulfilled.
