The Challenge
TMR received significant stimulus funding from the Federal Government to put towards immediate upgrades of priority Rest Areas across South and Central Western QLD.
The funding program had strict time frames for delivery which required a partnering approach between DTMR, RoadTek and selected Contractors including Proterra Group.

The Solution
Being already established in South Western QLD with an experienced network of Contractors, Proterra Group were engaged by RoadTek to deliver 11 different Rest Area upgrades.
Our team worked with local Councils, contractors and suppliers to deliver each project on time and within budget.
This work also required liaison with RoadTek's selected Designers and Project Managers for the Program who were also under significant time constraints for delivery of the project sites.
